All PSR Bids will be awarded through a separate Bid Tournament.

BIDS

FORMAT

U11 teams: 

• Two teams: PSR will host a single play-off match. 
• Three teams: PSR will host a 3-team pool play followed by a single elimination play-off match (1v2 based on pool results).   Pool play will be seeded from U12 Power League results.
• Four teams: PSR will host a 4-team pool play followed by a single elimination bracket. Pool play will be seeded from U12 Power League results.
• 5 or more teams will involve pool play followed by a single elimination bracket. Pool play will be seeded from U12 Power League results.  

U12-U18 teams

• Maximum of 16 teams per division
• Day 1: Four 4-team pools of pool play.  Top two teams from each pool advance for Day 2.
• Day 2: 8 teams will play a modified single-elimination bracket play. Play out 1st - 4th place.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

All teams interested in participating in the 2025–26 PSR Bid Tournament must register by January 31. A team’s registration will be considered complete only after both the online registration is submitted and the full entry fee is paid. Late payments will not be accepted.

A maximum of 16 teams per age division will be accepted, based on the final rankings following the PSR 2nd Power League standings.

Accepted teams will be notified by 12:00 PM (noon) on February 1.

If a team within the top 16 earns an Open or National Bid at a qualifier, they will be removed from the tournament field and receive a full refund. In such cases, a team from the waitlist will be selected to take their place.

ENTRY FEES / REFUNDS:

Entry fees will be held until the Monday following the conclusion of the PSR Bid Tournament. At that time:

• Teams not selected to compete will receive a full refund.
• Teams that withdraw after being accepted are eligible for a 50% refund if the withdrawal is made by March 1.
• Withdrawals made after March 1 will forfeit the full entry fee.

The Puget Sound Region will reimburse 100% of the entry fee to clubs who qualify AND participate in the GJNC in the Open division.

The Puget Sound Region will reimburse 50% of the entry fee to clubs who qualify AND participate in the GJNC in the National, USA, Liberty, American, & Freedom divisions.
