PSR Board of Directors Nominee
Founder/Club Director at School of Volleyball (Kitsap County) Technology gives us a good example of how “constant improvement” looks like; every day we are witnesses of new apps, new phones/tablets with more innovation, functions, and capacities. I believe that is the same dynamic volleyball needs in the organizational infrastructure. Analyze, identify, prioritize, test, implement, refine, and start all over again, like a part of a philosophy and not only like a solving problem effort or action. Open and fluid channels of communication are essential for such a dynamic process. Athletes, parents, coaches, and club directors need to have a way to communicate their opinions, ideas, and concerns easily and freely, in a responsible way and with the certainty of they were heard. So, instead of thinking in the south, central and north clubs, we can embrace all Puget Sound Region as a whole, to continue providing and developing the fairness and impartiality for all clubs and prioritize our youth and families' sports experience. Because I know that we can always improve, I want to offer my time and experience to join the group of individuals already working for the success of the PSR.
