Workteam Training Available Now!

CLINICS MUST BE COMPLETED BY MIDNIGHT WEDNESDAY, 14 JANUARY 2026

  1. All training will be completed using SportsEngine. 
  2. Download the registration instructions for the clinic you plan to complete.
  3. Then, log into your SportsEngine account using the instructions.  

General troubleshooting instructions

  1. Ensure participant is logging into SE with the same account where there USAV membership 'lives'.  **Players will need to log in to SE using their parent/guardian's email and password.**
  2. Ensure the participant is using a LARGE tablet, Chromebook, or Laptop.  NOT A CELL PHONE!!!!!
  3. Ensure participant is following the instructions in the .pdf document representing their 'role' on the team (i.e. coach or player).
  4. If the problems persist send a screenshot of the participant's CONTENT LIBRARY page and the participant's first and last name to officialschair@psrvb.org.

Coach Officiating training is a 2 year certification.  Coach must complete all modules within the course to receive credit.

  • PS26_150 PSR Coach Officiating Certification (REQUIRED)
  • PS26_160 Supplemental Coach Officiating Training (OPTIONAL)

Club directors should use the roster to verify completion of the Coach certification.  Completion will appear on the roster as follows:

  • AR = Adult Non-Professional Referee

  • 1 = PS26_011 USAV Junior R1 Training
  • 2 = PS26_012 USAV Junior R2 Training
  • J = PS26_013 USAV Junior Line Judge Training
  • S = PS26_014 USAV Junior Scorer Training
  • L = PS26_015 USAV Junior Asst. Scorer/Libero Tracker Training

U11 and younger player:

  • J = PS26_013 USAV Junior Line Judge Training
  • S = PS26_014 USAV Junior Scorer Training
  • L = PS26_015 USAV Junior Asst. Scorer/Libero Tracker Training

U14 and younger player:

  • 2 = PS26_012 USAV Junior R2 Training
  • J = PS26_013 USAV Junior Line Judge Training
  • S = PS26_014 USAV Junior Scorer Training
  • L = PS26_015 USAV Junior Asst. Scorer/Libero Tracker Training

U15-U18 players:  

  • 1 = PS26_011 USAV Junior R1 Training
  • 2 = PS26_012 USAV Junior R2 Training
  • J = PS26_013 USAV Junior Line Judge Training
  • S = PS26_014 USAV Junior Scorer Training
  • L = PS26_015 USAV Junior Asst. Scorer/Libero Tracker Training

**U15 players who played club in 2024-25 AND completed the U14 and younger course work in 2024-25 ONLY need to take PS26_011 USAV Junior R1 Training to complete their coursework for 2025-26**
